Frequent Terminal Error codes and suggested steps

Error code 117 | Incorrect PIN | Wrong PIN, try it again. |
Error code 121 | Exceeds withdrawal amount limit | Insufficient limit, call your fleet manager. |
Error code 119 | Transaction not permitted to the customer | Station not allowed, call your fleet manager. |
Error code 118 | No card record | Call your manager or Customer service. |
Error code 106 | Allowable PIN Tries exceeded | Too many wrong PINs. Card is blocked. Call your manager or Customer service. |
Error code 123 | Exceeds withdrawal frequency limit | Frequency limit reached, call your fleet manager. |
Error code 101 | Expired card | Expired card. Use another card. |
Error code 180 | Truck – Driver – mismatch | The driver and truck card combination do not match. Use correct pair, otherwise call your fleet manager. |

Operational guide for Q8Truck indoor payment terminal
Step A: Q8Truck card balance inquiry
1. Q8Truck cardholder enters shop on-site to check available balance on Q8Truck card account.
2. Cashier selects in terminal menu: 0-Preauthorisation.
3. Tap contactless Q8Truck card on Q8Truck terminal for online PIN verification.
4. Terminal prints information about available limits in [L] units remaining on Q8Truck card account.
5. Cashier informs Q8Truck cardholder about available balance on Q8Truck card account in [L] units.
Step B: Refueling
1. Q8Truck cardholder refuels within the limit of available balance on Q8Truck card.
2. Q8Truck cardholder enters shop on-site to finish payment on Q8Truck terminal.
Step C: Payment
1. Cashier selects in terminal menu: 1-Payment
2. Cashier types into Q8Truck terminal the amount of product in [L] refueled by Q8Truck cardholder.
3. Cashier enters the same amount into the local on-site cashier system
