Set limits to your cards to only allow the fuel volume actually needed. Temporary extra capacity can be easily activated.
Block all stations your trucks do not need. Blocking and unblocking can be done 24/7.
A quick daily review of the previous day’s refueling helps detect irregularities fast. Ask for the preconfigured reports to support you.
If you notice any irregularities in fueling, always report them immediately and block the affected card until the situation is resolved.
